Contract and Commercial Management 
Associated with Santos Ltd
- Led a multidisciplinary team: Oversaw a team of 30 full-time-equivalent employees, including managers and consultants, ensuring adherence to downstream CAPEX requirements. Managed contracts, procurement, and commercial close-out for the 7.8 MTPA LNG facility, LNG tanks, and marine facilities on Curtis Island. 
- Developed optimised strategies: Created and implemented project-wide contract, procurement, and risk management strategies. Conducted thorough reviews of key EPC contracts to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of LNG plant and port facilities. 
- Ensured effective contract management: Controlled all aspects of contract formation, negotiation, and management. Provided technical guidance on contracts and procurement, emphasising world-class standards. Fostered collaboration among business units and ensured strong project governance. 
- Led cultural change for collaboration: Spearheaded a cultural shift for better collaboration with Bechtel, ensuring staff understanding of contract intricacies. Managed the commercial and legal team to extract maximum value, resulting in a dispute-free project and significant contingency funds returned to Santos. 
- Key advisor of senior leadership: As part of the GLNG Senior Leadership Team, oversaw compliance with JV stakeholder requirements, provided strategic advice on commercial management, and ensured sustainable project delivery aligned with financial targets.
